Two-factor authentication is required to access secure systems. Activate your account by visiting login.wvu.edu and clicking My Login. Be ready to download the free Duo Mobile app during the process. Students have until Aug. 31 to enroll.
Some iPhone and iPad users may not be able to log into the Blackboard mobile app (eCampus) using push notifications from the Duo Mobile app. If you have this problem, use the passcode option. Just open the app and tap the key icon to generate a one-time numeric code to complete your login. Detailed instructions are online.
Instructors: The latest version of Apple’s Safari web browser returns "failed to submit assignment" errors when students submit work to eCampus. Until the issue is resolved, please advise your students to use Firefox or Google Chrome for online coursework.

STUDENTS: Some instructors don’t allow phones in class. Before enrolling, make sure they know what you’re doing _ and wait until the last day of classes if necessary.
